FAQ

What IDs do you accept?

Valid government‑issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. For RON, knowledge‑based authentication (KBA) may be required.

Can you notarize for out‑of‑state signers?

For RON, signers can be outside Florida as long as the notary is located in Florida during the notarization and other requirements are met.

Do you offer witnesses?

Yes, witness arrangements can be coordinated for an additional fee when available.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or select the appropriate type of notarization for you.
